In class, I created a zombie with a picture from other class and school using photoshop.
In this picture, I learned how to put a background picture to another picture, extract an object from a background, and burn and dodge the picture. I also learned how to make my own pattern and apply it into a picture. I, mainly, used burn and dodge tool to make it look like a zombie in this project. I have used a burn tool to make zombie more dirty and scary looking. I also used different brush strokes to create some patterns to background. This exercise was combining all of the skill that I have learned about photoshop. I wanted to take a photoshop class but they were a little bit pricy for me. I need to learn photoshop because I need to use for my art works. I am studying art and the more I know about the art, the more I needed to learn phoptoshop skills. I went to an event called Portfolio Day which is a portfolio review day for all visual arts students. Most of administration administer of art schools that I wanted to go asked me if I know how to use photoshop program. When I told them I was taking that class at school, they told me that I was in right track and I will need this skill for almost every career related to art. I felt really good about taking this class and now I have downloaded a photoshop program on my computer at home and apply it to my art works.
